寺河矿“四位”钻孔瓦斯抽采技术实践

Practice of Gas Drainage Technology for Four (Low - Medium - High - Floor) Different Drilling to Sihe Mine

摘要: 根据寺河矿初采及正常回采期间瓦斯涌出实际,简要分析了瓦斯来源。根据采动卸压垂向分布规律,设计并施工了低位钻孔、中位钻孔、高位钻孔、底板拦截钻孔(“四位”钻孔),互相配合共同抽采瓦斯,各钻孔达到并超出预期效果,形成“四位”钻孔瓦斯抽采模式,提高了采空区瓦斯抽采量,一定程度上解决了工作面初采及正常回采期间的瓦斯问题。

Abstract: Abstract: According to the reality of goaf gas drainage in early and normal stage for sihe coal mine, simply analysis resource of goaf gas. Based on the vertical distribution of mining, design and construction of lowly-located drilling, mid-located drilling, highly-located drilling, floor interception drilling, convergence to succeed, with the mutual interaction extraction goaf gas sources, each borehole reached and exceeded the expected results, the formation of four drilling gas drainage model to improve the gob gas drainage efficiency, to some extent, solve the gas problem.
